Finally back frm my 3days2nites camp
so tiring didnt sleep last nite soo ling was taking up most of the place
me and min hui poor thing squeeze till no place to turn liaoz
but nvm since i goin to slp lata...
miss my comp the past few days
so the minute i came home is bath and play!
tmr having a competition at kallang so sianz
almost all the school are pros
hope we can at least win 1 team =X

today trg again and for the next 3 days im goin to die !
4 trg in a row for the next 4 days
it will be super tiring
stamina drop everything is dropping
cant improve if i not starting to train hard
think i nid to go stadium run everyday
to make my stamina come back
ran the serangoon park connector todae
it was bad
walked almost the whole park =X
at least they hav wait for the rest who were behind
most of the ppl in the team were not feeling very good
all tlike dying liddat
hope the next few trg will be better

dad juz bought a new monitor ytd so happy sia

tmr sis goin for her prom haha
