today went to the first training since exam ended...
so tough man...
so long nv run liao
den suddenly call us to run
3 sqookes sia....we were all very tired
i can see tt my stamina nw drop until very jia lat liao
run awhile only pant pant liao
not like last time we run liddat
lucky i got mc....if not tml i more jialat
they tml runnning 5 sqookes lei
i hear liao...heart so pain :/
and today i nv eat my lunch then go training liao
dam hungry sia..reach home liao
den straight away go eat dinner
look jz like hungry ghost...=S
then after tt i watch tong xin yuan
i watch until slp...then i wake up tt time
already 8.30 liddat liao
my sickening brother keep disturbing me
so childish
nth better to do oso
how can i hav such a idiot borther...lol
i so tired...goin to slp liao
tml still go training =(
